Not trying to promote them but Ultimo Dragon has some great matches on both Chris Jericho’s and the High Flyers DVD. Both DVD’s are typical WWE style products. I’ve never really had an issue with any of their DVD packages (except there is still no best of Ultimo Dragon!). Chris Jericho has always put Ultimo Dragon over as being one of his favorite wrestlers to work with. I’ve always been a big fan and his book was a great read. There are a bunch of great matches on here including the Chris Jericho vs Ultimo Dragon from 1995 which most people have seen by now. This one has commentary from Jericho himself which is cool… The High Flyers DVD is more of a cut and paste DVD with a bunch of quick spots on all the wrestlers. Includes a great little piece on Ultimo Dragon and 3 matches. J-Crown Cruiserweight Championship Match, Ultimo Dragon vs. Rey Mysterio Jr. WCW World War 3 November 24, 1996. Ultimo Dragon vs. Psychosis WCW Uncensored March 16. 1997 and WCW Cruiserweight Championship Match, Chris Jericho vs. Ultimo Dragon WCW Bash at the Beach July 13, 1997. All great matches and some good lucha coverage. Man, WCW had some great talent back then…watching those matches brings back some good memories. Would have never dreamed I would someday be working with my favorite wrestler from back in the day…
